My boyfriend and I have been going out for a while. I really love him, and our anniversary is coming up.
I already know I am going to write him a long letter, of how much I love him:]
But I don’t know what else to make or get him.

I just asked a question about my marriage problems and I said that we tried marriage counseling and it did NOT work. But people keep nagging saying you need counseling! Why can’t people freakin listen?!

I once had to learn English in his class.
He started teasing me about what I’m wearing
He kept on shouting ” Hey ‘Roxy’ girl. Why do you like roxy so much? You pencil box is even ‘Roxy’!” Then the whole class started teasing me about it. After he made that comment. he made another one about Cheerleading. He asked the teacher “Is cheerleading good for our health?” Then his friend started chanting. “Give me a L. Give me an A, Give me a M, Give me an E. What does that spell?” And the whole class shouted LAME! A week after that, I found him wearing ‘Quiksilver’ (and quiksilver and roxy is almost the same!) branded things to tuition. (normally he wears ‘Giordano’) I teased him about that. Most of his friends say that he like me. Even my friends that know him say so.

ok. someone i know (a guy who used to be one of my dads friends)is engaged and his fiances birthday is coming up….he has no clue what to get for her……ANYONE GOT ANY GIFT/ROMANTIC GIFT IDEAS. oh, and dont say jewlery either.

As the question states, if a spouse has filed for divorce against their husband/wife, are they any situations where the Judge will request that the couple attend any type of marriage counseling or anything of the sort? A friend of mine mentioned that before her parents got divorced the Judge that handled their case requested it. Any truth in that?

What are the qualifications that qualify a priest to give marriage advice to couples over a marriage advisor who is married?

I need to think of some ideas for a romantic gift for a guy. I want it to be sweet but not corny or cheesy.

He says he doesn’t believe in marriage counseling, so he won’t go. He said it’s “out of the question”! When I suggested private counseling for myself, he said “that’s for crazy people and I don’t want to be married to a crazy woman”. I’ve changed as a person in the respect that I’m sort of rediscovering myself. He hates it and wants me to revert to the way I used to be. I don’t want to. Am I being selfish? Was I wrong to ask him to consider counseling?

I have been asking so many questions about my marriage problems this week. Alot of the advice sounds really good. I wonder if anyone was ever able to solve a marriage problem by one of the answers received here.

Our 20 yr. anniversary isn’t until Oct. 22, but I’ve been thinking about some ways to make it special, especially because of all we’ve been through together. Anyone have any ideas for romantic gifts for him?

He loves music and plays guitar and bass guitar. His band is just getting signed with a record label. This would be for his 16th birthday. I’m looking to spend some money on him, but nothing too crazy. I want it to be more meaningful and to show him that I care about his future in music as much as he does. Thanks!!! His birthday is in 9 days, so I guess I’m running out of time!

My husband’s in the 82nd and we’ve been having some marital problems since he got back from Iraq 8 months ago…its to the point now we need counseling or a separation. The Army isn’t exactly a 9 - 5 job and marriage counselors aren’t 24/7, so would my husband’s unit let him have time off to see one?

We are offering Marriage Counseling in curches, but would like to take it to the community level, and I understand there are goverment founds available to do this. How can I find them and get access to them?
