My wife walked out over two weeks ago,. we have been talking and I asked her if it would be ok for me to set up marriage counseling. She agreed that we should go, but Im not sure if it’s even going to help. I want her home and she keeps telling me that shes not ready. Do you really think that the counseling will help?

We’re both 17, and our 6 month anniversary is coming up soon. He’s told me that he’s gotten me something very romantic, and he’s very picky. We’ve got a $20 spending limit and making things is out of the question. I’ve had a few ideas, but he told me he wants something that is very thoughtful and just simply getting him something he likes won’t be good enough. I want to try and get something he’ll love that has a special romantic meaning behind it. He’s into: Football (Not american. His team is West Ham United), Punk Rock music, Comic books, and Bass Guitar. I want it to be perfect and I am completely lost. Any ideas?

I want know if sex therapy is better than marriage counseling, but i do not know if marriage counseling helps with a couples sex life.

I have been reading through several of the marriage questions and there are lots of comments about swinging and sugggesting it. Do couples really swing? And doesn’t it hurt your marriage? I think it sounds great as a fantasy, and my wife and I have been married 10 years, but I don’t know if we could ever go through with it. Is it really benefical for those couples who agree to do it?

He won’t look at you, ignores you, doesn’t smile, etc. The main thing how you can tell, is if you feel you really don’t exist to him. If you feel that way then he’s probably not interested.
If a guy likes you he will do the opposite of what I just mentioned.
