I’m 16 and she’s turning 17 this June, and I’d like to do something to make sure her birthday is perfect. Not only am I looking for romantic ideas as far as gifts or things to do that day, but a way to pop the question “Will you go out with me?” Any help would be appreciated! 
What Should I Do To Make The Relationship Official On Her Birthday And When Type Of Romantic Things Can I Do?

flowers are always a given. You should probably take her out somewhere if she’s not doing anything for her birthday and then just look in her eyes, tell her you care about her alot and then ask away. That should work.

Maybe try finding out her fave flower from a reliable sorce and giving those to her as you ask her. I just celebrated my 17th birthday and my boyfriend got me yellow roses (my personal favorite) it wasn’t much but it meant everything to me.
