take him out to dinner at his fav place, then take him to a drive in movie. its old-fashined, but special. its just a great way to spend a special night. you can always bring snacks and stuff.

What kind of things is he into? You could make a scrap book with pictures of the two of you and things you have done together and give it to him. That would be sweet and everytime he looks at it he will definantly think of you.
