Protestant And Eastern Orthodox Marriage Advice!?

My very close girlfriend is Eastern Orthodox and I’m Evangelic protestant. What is the best way to make in either way, without a conversion, as we accept most of other belief, but not enough to make the switch!
Please give mostly a more religious solution than paperwork one. Thanks in advance!

I am an evangelical who has been married to a Greek Orthodox for 35 years. We make it work by not splitting hairs over non essential doctrines. We have many different beliefs, but accept each others differences without trying to prove the other is wrong.

In the non essentials, let there be liberty.
    In all things love.”

I’m Orthodox and if it comes to marriage i’m going to kindly ask my spouse to convert if not then any children should become Orthodox instead of Protestant.
That’s the way my sister did with her and her Episcopal husband.
