Good Romantic Idea For 21st Birthday.?

I’d like to something really amazing for my wifes’ 21st birthday, something sweet and romantic.
Any ideas that may sweep her off her feet.
I’d like as many answers as possible please, gift ideas and or any romantic ideas i could do personally for her. I’m taking her to a comedy club but i’d like to do something else to really make her day.
